One month on Longevity diet

So, I have now been on Longevity diet for one month. I have been eating Pescatarian. No meat all month except for one Saturday when we were eating out with friends. It has been surprisingly easy. I have been cooking vegetarian in bulk and have fish about twice per week. Mostly Salmon.

For the last 15 years my go to diet for weight loss has been keto. And it works very well for me. It typically gets me to loose interest in food and soon enough I consume less calories and the weight starts flying off. It is however very boring and not much fun. That is why it has never been sustainable for me. I love food and I cant be doing this keto restricted diet permanently.

So it was time to do something else. I have been loving it. I eat a ton of vegetables. And some basic carbs like rice, pasta or couscous - brown variants in moderation. I eat nuts and fruit. I have three meals a day, plus a snack. I haven't gone hungry, I haven't been intermittent fasting. It has been great.

And the kicker? 1.4 kg per week average through September.

Just a few more kg and I will be on target weight. I will need to see how I can stabilise around this target and not loose more. I probably increase the carbs a bit more (pasta, rice etc) because I dont think I can eat more vegetables than what I'm already eating.
